The Rosarito Beach Hotel & Spa offers two restaurants: the Azteca Restaurant-Bar, just off the resort lobby, and elegant Chabert's, located in what was once the mansion of the resort's founding family,
The Azteca offers indoor as well as outdoor dining, a full menu and drinks available from 7am until 10 pm daily. An extensive and varied menu, including specials, is available for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Azteca also offers takeout and room service.
Chabert's exceptional and eclectic menu features Nouvelle Baja Mediterranean Cuisine and more, including French classics, served in an elegant Old World atmosphere. Chabert's is open from 5 to 11 pm Wednesday to Monday, offering an unparalleled dining experience, sometimes to the accompaniment of a pianist.
Our Brand-New spot is the ROSARITO LINDO Y QUE RICO TACO SHOP. On the menu, you will find the house specialties, such as taquito de abodaba, torta de carne asada and baked potato stuffed with meat. Including full bar service. The Taco Shop is OPEN Thursday to Fridays from 3pm until midnight. On Saturdays from 1Pm until midnight, and Sundays from 9 am until 5 pm. Find it at the side of the Mall, in front of the lobby.
