Do you require a minimum stay?

What is the check in & check out time ?
Answer: Check-in time from 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM. Early check-in is based on availability at the time of arrival. The check-out time is at 12:00 p.m.
Is it possible to have a late checkout?
Late check is available upon request and subject to availability. Late checkouts apply beginning at 12:00 PM and will be charged with and additional fee of 50 % of room rate and is based on availability, please request it at the Front Desk.
What is the reservation policy?
In order to guarantee your reservation payment of the first night is required (Visa, Mastercard or American Express). We do not accept digital cards as payment method. At the registration time, the cardholder must be present and
provide the physical card with which the guarantee payment was made, as well as an official ID. Full payment is required in cash or credit or debit card at check-in.
How can I request a change for a reservation?
If you want to change your travel dates or type of room, you are welcome to call our Reservations Department. Please note that any changes will be subject to availability and that you may be charged a rate adjustment.

Can I change the guest’s name on my reservation?
Name changes on a confirmed reservation are not allowed. If you require any further assistance, please call our Reservations Department at Toll free ☏ Toll free 1 800 343 8582 & ☏ 1 866 767 2748.. Business hours: 8:00 am to 10:00 pm . Sundays & Holidays: 9am to 5 pm.
What happens if I don’t show up for my reservation?
If a guest does not arrive at the hotel on the check in date (also called a “no show”), the reservation will be cancelled and there will be no refund.
What is the cancellation policy?
• If you cancel at least 4 days day(s) before the arrival date: deposit is eligible for a full refund, no cancellation fees will be applied.
• If you cancel between 3 and 1 day(s) before arrival date: will forfeit 75% of the deposit.
• Cancellations on the arrival date are not eligible for refund.
• If a guest does not arrive at the hotel on the check in date (also called a “no show”), the reservation will be cancelled and there will be no refund.
• NON-REFUNDABLE RATE: If you book your stay within 4 days the arrival date.
• For modified reservations, the original arrival date will remain for cancellation policy.
• The payment made as a guarantee at the time of booking for stays during special events (Baja Beach Fest) dates are not refundable.

Can I bring my own food and drinks to the hotel?
We do not restrict outside food and drinks in the hotel rooms. However, guests are not allowed to bring outside food and beverages or ice chests in the common areas of the hotel for self-consumption. Including pool areas, pier and gardens.
What is the parking cost?
Parking is exclusively for guests, clientele and event attendees at our facilities. If you visit our restaurants, coffee shops or Spa: the parking ticket is validated with your consumption for time-limited. If it exceeds that period, the rate is $35 pesos per hour or additional fraction. The parking fee for hotel guests is $68.00 pesos per night (per vehicle) and must be paid in the registration process at the hotel Front Desk.
Do you have secure parking?
We have parking booth with access control system and security guards 24/7 through the property including the parking lot.
Do you have EV'S Charging Station?
At Rosarito Beach Hotel, we have Electric Vehicle Charging Stations in our parking lot. Guests at the hotel can charge their EV's as a COMPLIMENTARY service.
Do you have a Spa?
Casa Playa Spa is a place with a lot of history and beautiful corners that you should explore the next time you visit us. You will fall in love with this mansion equipped as a spa, its tiles and staircase will make you travel back in time to the '30s. For sure you’ll enjoy a place away from the hustle and bustle of the city, focused on your relaxation and to disconnect from the stress.

Is there a Restaurant at the hotel?
Yes, we have two restaurants at the Rosarito Beach Hotel & Spa, the Azteca restaurant-bar, just off the resort lobby, and elegant Chabert's, located in what was once the mansion of the resort's founding family,
The Azteca offers indoor as well as outdoor dining, a full menu and drinks available from 7am until 11pm. An extensive and varied menu, including specials, is available for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Azteca also offers takeout and room service.
Chabert's exceptional and eclectic menu features Nouvelle Baja Mediterranean Cuisine and more, including French classics, served in an elegant Old World atmosphere. Chabert's is open from 5 to 11 pm every day except Tuesday, offering an unparalleled dining experience, sometimes to the accompaniment of a pianist.
While no orders are taken after 11pm, both the Azteca and Chabert's close their doors at midnight.
Do you offer Sunday brunch?
Sunday Brunch is available every Sunday from 09:00 am - 2:00 pm, complying with the new provisions. Brunch includes handmade tortillas, quesadillas & cooked-to-order omelettes.
Are pets allowed in the hotel?
Answer: Pets are not allowed at the Hotel. If your reservation requires accommodation for a Service Dog, a Pre-authorization is required by the hotel management and if authorized, there´s a Pet Deep cleaning fee that must be paid when you report the service dog at the check-in time.
How do I get a Fast Pass?
We offer the fast pass to our overnight guests only, please request it at the Front Desk.
The border fast pass program, officially called FastLane, which is a single-use pass that gives you access to a special lane designated for tourists. This lane will significantly reduce your wait time to get back into the U.S. The goal of the fast pass program is to give our tourists a way to return to their country fast, easy and safe. FastPass system is managed by an off-site third-party, Rosarito Beach Hotel cannot guarantee FastPass availability at a given time.
This program is coordinated by the City Hall of Tijuana with the following rules:
- Only OneFastPass per room per stay.
- Your vehicle MUST have a USA or Canadian License Plate (Motorcycles & vehicles with trailers or no License plates on the vehicle --are NOT eligible).
- Only the SAN YSIDRO border crossing has a Fast Pass Lane (Otay Border crossing does NOT have a Fast Pass Lane).
- Subject to availability
- A recovery fee will be charged.

Do I need a passport to go to Rosarito?
Answer: A passport is required to cross back into the US, but a Passport Card is a cheaper option and is also valid for border crossing by land. For additional passport requirements and information, please visit travel.state.gov
Is it possible to smoke in the hotel?
No guest or member of staff is allowed to smoke in any area of the property with the exception of designated smoking areas.
In accordance with the LEY CONTRA EL TABACO EN LOS ESTABLECIMIENTOS PÚBLICOS (LAW AGAINST TOBACCO IN PUBLIC ESTABLISHMENTS), the use of TOBACCO, including electronic cigarettes, vapes and related substances, is strictly PROHIBITED within this establishment, which includes:
- Hotel rooms and condos suites including their exterior balconies.
- Pools and Jacuzzis areas.
- Restaurants, Taco Shops and Coffee Shops.
- Parking lot.
- Halls and terraces, with the exception of designated smoking areas.
