RBH House Rules

All persons staying at our establishment including their visitors will be subject to these rules which are considered an ADHESION AGREEMENT that must be abide by otherwise, the Management reserves the right of admission and permanence.

 

Smoking is not allowed inside any of our buildings including Hotel rooms/ condos, balconies, swimming pool area and in any of our public restrooms.

 

Meetings, noisy parties, loud music, or any kind of immoral or inappropriate behavior that can disturb our Hotel Guests and/or the family environment such as explicit nudity within the Hotel facilities is not allowed.

 

Any kind of risky, immoral and disturbing behavior is not allowed in our establishment including shouting, nudity, throwing objects, sitting on, leaning or climbing over the room balconies.

 

It is not allowed to bring into our establishment firearms, explosive materials (fireworks), flammable (grills), drones and illegal substances.

 

GUESTS MAY HAVE VISITORS IN THEIR ROOMS BUT THEY MUST FIRST BE REGISTERED AT OUR FRONT DESK RECEPTION. ALL HOTEL ROOMS HAVE A MAXIMUM CAPACITY ALLOWED PER ROOM, THE GUIDELINES ARE AS FOLLOW:

(1) Bedroom (3) Adults or 2 Adults + 2 children (under 12 years old)
(2) Bedrooms (6) Adults (including children over 3 years)
(3) Bedrooms (10) Adults (including children over 3 years)

 

ALL HOTEL ROOMS ALSO HAVE A MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF ALCOHOL ALLOWED PER ROOM, THE GUIDELINES ARE AS FOLLOW:

(1) Bedroom        (1) six of beer and   (1)  bottle  of Liquor or Wine
(2) Bedrooms    (2) six of beer and (2) bottles of Liquor or Wine
(3) bedrooms    (3) six of beer and (3) bottles of Liquor or Wine

 

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL ANY HOTEL GUEST BE ALLOWED TO EXCEED THE MAXIMUM CAPACITY NOR THE MAXIMUM ALCOHOL PERMITTED PER ROOM.

 

It is strictly forbidden to remove hotel bracelet from your wrist, you must have it on at all times. Lost bracelets will not be replaced and hotel bracelets are ONLY for our Registered Guests. NOTE: Hotel bracelet is your permission to be in our establishment.

 

EACH AND EVERY ONE OF THE PROHIBITIONS SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT IS FOR ALL HOTEL REGISTERED GUESTS & THEIR VISITORS AND BOTH OUR JOINTLY LIABLE TO PAY AT THE FRONT DESK RECEPTION ALL DAMAGES CAUSED TO THE HOTEL PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE VALUE ESTABLISHED BY THE HOTEL. IN THE EVENT OF NON-COMPLIANCE OF THE ABOVE PROHIBITIONS AND IN THE EVENT PERSISTENCE WILL BE SUBJECT TO AN EVICTION FROM THE HOTEL PREMISES WITHOUT REIMBURSEMENT AND IF NECESSARY, LEGAL ACTIONS WITH THE PROPER AUTHORITIES WILL BE TAKEN.
